How do I get a login and password?
You may create your account online. Your account will be activated upon authentication of your verification email.
Order
Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?
No. Orders can be as small as just one item.
How do I get something that’s not on the eStore?
If you are wanting a larger quantity, or if you would like to see something added to the store please call or email us.
Does CMH Store have a physical retail store?
No, however, some CMH Store merchandise may be offered for sale at the CMHVA Gift Shop at 700 Coronation Blvd. Cambridge, ON.
Shipping & Returns
Where do I pick up my order if I selected “Ship to CMH”?
Your order will be prepared and delivered to CMH Foundation Office at 700 Coronation Blvd, Cambridge ON (the hospital). You will be notified by email once your order arrives onsite. Foundation hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please call 519-740-4966 or email slockett@cmh.org should you need to arrange pickup outside of these hours.
How long will it take to ship out my order direct?
Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours. Apart from personalized or brand-on-demand items.
What if my order is urgent?
Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Submit your request when placing your order, or email us (include the Order #) at webstores@arrowmarketing.ca with the details.
Can my order be shipped to a PO Box #?
Yes, if you specify a PO Box # as your address, your order will be shipped by Canada Post.
What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return the merchandise (in unused, new condition) for a full credit within 30 days. You are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to CMH Store warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario.
Clearance, Personalized or Brand on Demand items are not eligible for returns.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and CMH Store E-Gift Cards.
How do I redeem my e-gift card?
E-Gift cards are applied during the Payment section of checkout process. On the right side of the screen below your order summary, you will see a box that says, "Gift card or discount code", enter your unique gift card code there and then click the "Apply" button beside it.
